Course Description

This course introduces to the student the art of biblical and contemporary preaching.  It focuses on the preacher himself and examines his call and enablement for effective ministry, the construction of various types of sermons, and analyzing the dynamics and techniques of pulpit communication.  Prerequisite: Bible Study Methods.

Course Objective

  1. To introduce to the student the art of preaching various types of Bible-based sermons. 

  2. To equip the student to be effective in preaching God's Word to both the Church and the world.
